Taxes and Electricity
We're trying to find out when our property taxes are due and the best way to pay them. Also, how do you set up electrical service and what is the best way to pay your electrical bill? Finally, is it possible to set up an account with Banamex to pay bills on line? Thanks....

You can pay your water bill at: this forum under coapaes
You can pay your telephone bill at: telmexusa.com
You pay your taxes at the goverment office off 20th street and serdan right behind the auditorium
If you have a Banamex account you can manage your account at banamex.com
You can also arrange to have banamex pay your water, electric and telephone bill direct for you. The only problem with letting Banamex do it is sometimes they forget to pay the bill and your service can be cut off. This has happened to me several time over the last 10 years so I finally went to payhing my bills on line. It's very easy to do.
