House status-trust, title insurance, property-casualty (earthquake & hurricane) insurance, real estate taxes, bill pay at bank, phone, DSL, Vontage, Wi-Fi, water, electricity, gas, pool, pool heater, back yard and pallapa, -all completed. Waiting for finiquito and beach sand. We'll be down most of April and May. Stop by and say "hello."
